The selected Manager and Broker will be expected to perform services in accordance with the Scope of Work.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The properties consist of:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Chouteau Center<\/strong>, located at 133 S. 11<sup>th<\/sup> Street, a 43,723 square foot office building, with 14 units of office space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Central Downtown Garage<\/strong>, located at 707 Pine Street, an 18,188 square foot office building, with 7 units of office space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Argyle Garage<\/strong>, located at 225 N. Euclid, a 5,000 square foot retail building, with 2 units of retail space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Justice Center Garage,<\/strong> located at 1115Clark Avenue, a 4,917 square retail building, with 1 unit of retail space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our goal is to lease all available office space at market value.
