Operation HOPE is an international financial empowerment provider. Operation HOPE provides complimentary financial literacy education and empowerment programs designed to foster financial well-being. There is an Operation HOPE program (HOPE Inside) located in our Office of Financial Empowerment. Prior to opening the St. Louis HOPE Inside Center, the Treasurer visited the Atlanta HOPE Center to learn operational best practices. The operational cost of the HOPE Inside Center is underwritten through charitable donations.
