St. Louis City Parking Division Brings Community Together for Park(ing) Day Residents and Businesses Creatively Reclaim Street Space on PARK(ing) Day, a Global Urbanist Holiday
St. Louis — PARK(ing) Day is Friday, September 19, 2025. Park(ing) Day is a global, public, participatory event where people temporarily turn curbside parking spaces into mini-parks and social spaces to advocate for safer, greener, more equitable streets. If you want more parks, fun, and community, tomorrow is your day! It’s a festival all over the world, including the City of St. Louis. PARK(ing) Day Begins at 10 am – 5 pm in various locations throughout the city. The St. Louis Parking Division out of the St. Louis City Treasurer’s Office is proud to organize and support this global effort. Additionally, $100 parking ticket amnesty will be offered through the Parking Violations Bureau for those who attend the event.
